Bellini Recipe

This simple, sophisticated and delicious cocktail, made with white peach puree and prosecco, originated from Harry’s bar in Venice.


To make a Bellini, you will need the following ingredients:


  • 1 parts white peach puree
  • 3 parts Prosecco
  • To make the white peach puree, start by peeling and slicing 2-3 ripe white peaches. Place the sliced peaches in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

    You can adjust the amount of peach puree to your taste – add more for a sweeter cocktail, or less for a more subtle peach flavor.
