What do you do?

We provide professional bar services throughout the South of England. Whether that is a pre-paid bar service at a wedding, cocktail service at an exhibition or a cash bar for a festival we have the bars, staff and expertise for all events.

Where are you based?

We are based in London borough of Richmond Upon Thames but we travel far and wide to the whole of Surrey, Greater London, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire & Hampshire!

Do you have an alcohol licence?

We have personal licence holders and provide temporary event notices whenever required for each event. These allow the sale of alcohol on a temporary basis for a particular event.

How early do you arrive?

Generally we will take between 40 mins and 1 hour to set up. To allow time for delays we aim to arrive around 2 hours prior to the start of service. We can also set up in advance for an additional fee.

Do we accept card payments?

Yes we accept Visa & Mastercard payments with our mobile card machines which we will bring along to every cash bar service. Their use will depend on the 3G signal inside the venue - if this is bad then let us know in advance and we can bring a different Wifi card machine.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we have full liability insurance with £5m public liability, £5m product liability & £10m employer liability. All insurance and safety documents can be seen on request,

How far in advance do I need to book?

We operate on a first come first served basis. For busy periods such as summer and December early booking is recommended.

Where can you set up?

We can set up our bars virtually anywhere! Outside or inside we can tailor the bar set up to suit the venue. We do request there are power sockets available nearby but we can also provide our own power if requested.
