The bramble was invented in the 80s in London’s Soho district and remains to this day one of the most popular cocktails around.
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice (around half a medium lemon)
15ml Sugar Syrup (1 part water / 1 part sugar)
20ml Crème de Mure
Fill a old fashioned glass with crushed ice and add the gin, lemon juice & syrup. Stir then add the Crème de Mure. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon slice.
Tip: If you're struggling to find the Crème de Mure it is possible to substitute for Ribena or for a raspberry bramble try adding 20ml Chambord instead.
