Ingredients
Prosecco - 2 Parts
Peach Purée - 1 Part
Method
Put peaches in a blender and blend high until there are no bits left. Then it is as simple as mixing the purée with Prosecco. We find the easiest way to ensure the minimum of stiring is to pour prosecco 1/3 of the way up the glass, then add the 1/3 peach puree, then top up with the final 1/3 prosecco. Give the drink a gentle stir
